Papaland birth course for men - an evening of learning and sharing

There are moments during birth when you can’t “solve” or change anything.

And that is often the hardest part.

You want to help. You want to be there. You want to do everything right.
And yet there comes a moment when you ask yourself: Where is my place? What can I do now?

Pappaland is a men’s course about pregnancy and birth.
It gives you orientation for exactly these situations – when you can’t control anything, but are still incredibly important. You will learn what happens in the different phases, how you can provide meaningful support and how you can provide support when words fail.

And because preparation is not just about information, it also involves working together:
After the course, there will be an opportunity to exchange ideas and ask questions – in a relaxed atmosphere.

For expectant dads – and for all those who want to be one soon.
