Step-free access. Prams can be left here, and Maxi-Cosi carrycots are available so that small children can be moved safely through the practice.

Separate entrance

Doblhoffgasse 9

For urgent appointments and patients with infections, so that they remain separate from regular appointments. Cars can drive up and wait directly outside the entrance.

The centre is closed on Sundays. On public holidays we regularly offer an on-call service – please call us on +43 1 226 5567.

From the Ring (Parliament/City Hall) – 5 min

A cycle path leads directly to us. Cargo bikes can also be parked outside the separate entrance at Doblhoffgasse 9.

MEDINO does not offer home visits.

Outside our opening hours, the Vienna medical on-call service can help you on 141 – on weekdays from 7 pm to 7 am, and around the clock at weekends and on public holidays.

For regular appointments please use the main entrance at Auerspergstrasse 6. The separate entrance at Doblhoffgasse 9 is intended for urgent appointments and for patients with infections, so that they remain separate from regular appointments.

Where can I park?
Within walking distance are the APCOA car park at Rathausstrasse 1, the car park at Schmerlingplatz and the Astoria Garage at Trautsongasse 4. Directly outside the separate entrance at Doblhoffgasse 9 there is space for cars to wait. Unfortunately there is no accessible parking space in the immediate vicinity.
How do I get to MEDINO by public transport?
The quickest way is the U2 to Rathaus, Josefstädter Straße exit, from there it is a three-minute walk. Alternatively tram lines 2 and 46, or the U3 to Volkstheater.
When is MEDINO open?
Monday from 9 am to 6 pm, Tuesday to Friday from 9 am to 8 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm. Consulting hours of individual doctors may differ.
