What happens next

Three steps to your appointment

1

Confirmation by email

You will shortly receive an email with the date, time and practice. If it does not arrive, please check your spam folder.

2

Get your documents ready

Your e-card, any existing findings and a list of your medication. For children, please also bring the mother-child pass.

3

Arrive a few minutes early

Five to ten minutes are enough for registration. For a first visit, please allow a little more time.

For your appointment

What to bring

  • e-card or another form of identification
  • Previous findings relevant to your visit – laboratory results, images, doctors' letters
  • A list of your medication – a photo of the packaging is fine too
  • The mother-child pass if you are coming with a child
  • A referral if you have been given one – it is not required

Sending findings in advance?
On request, reception will provide a secure upload link. You are also welcome to bring findings and referrals in person at any time – the practice team will scan them.

Fees

Wahlarzt practice

The doctors and therapists at MEDINO are self-employed, the doctors as Wahlärzte. After your appointment you will receive an invoice for submission to your health insurance fund. What is reimbursed is decided by the fund.

If you also hold supplementary insurance, you can submit the invoice there as well. Whether a refund is made, and how much, depends on your policy.

The treatment contract is concluded with the treating person in each case.
