About me

I am a specialist in pediatrics and adolescent medicine with a focus on allergology, pneumology and immunology and have recently become a mother. This personal experience has once again sharpened my view of medicine and shown me how important calm, stress-free visits to the doctor and sufficient time for children and their parents are. As a doctor of choice, I consciously take the time to provide individual, understandable and holistic care from newborn to young adulthood.

I deepened my specialist focus in pediatric allergology and pneumology at the Medical University of Vienna and expanded it with international clinical experience at Imperial College London and the Medical University of Wrocław in Poland. My PhD studies in immunology strengthened my scientific understanding of immunological correlations in allergies, intolerances, atopic dermatitis and asthma. I am also an active member and board member of the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (EAACI) and deputy medical director of the Allergy Center Vienna West. As a doctor affected by allergies, asthma and anaphylaxis myself, I also bring a personal perspective that shapes my medical approach and enables me to provide particularly empathetic support to affected children and their families.

It is very important to me not only to provide children and their families with the best possible medical care, but also to accompany them on their journey together with understanding, time and openness.

“You can only see well with your heart. The essentials are invisible to the eyes.”

The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
